Sales Partner
About the role
You'll open doors and close new client engagements for DeepByte, finding businesses that need AI automation, infrastructure, apps or software, having real conversations, and bringing them to us. We handle the building and delivery; you own the relationship and the sale. It's a great fit for someone who's genuinely good at sales, self-motivated, and wants uncapped upside without a corporate leash.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients (outbound, referrals, your own network).
- Run discovery conversations and understand what a business actually needs.
- Present DeepByte's services honestly and bring qualified opportunities to the team.
- Help shepherd deals to a signed engagement, then hand delivery to us.
- Keep your pipeline and notes tidy so nothing slips.
What we're looking for
- A track record of selling, ideally services, software, or B2B.
- Clear, honest communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time.
- Comfortable with a commission-only, performance-based model.
- Based in Ontario, Canada and able to work as an independent contractor.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. You earn a competitive, uncapped commission on the business you close, paid after the client pays us. The more you bring in, the more you earn. There is no base salary, draw, or guaranteed minimum income. We'll agree the exact commission structure with you in writing before you start any work.

- This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. You are not an employee, and this is not a guarantee of work, hours, or income.
- Compensation is commission-only. There is no salary, benefits, vacation pay, or expense reimbursement unless separately agreed in writing.
- As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes, deductions, and (where applicable) HST registration and remittance, and for your own tools and expenses.
- You control how and when you do your work. You have no authority to bind DeepByte to any contract, price, or promise without our prior written approval.
- Any engagement begins only after a written Independent Contractor Agreement is signed by both parties.
