You may browse this site and use the concierge and plan builder for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
The concierge and plans
The concierge, live voice call and plan builder are automated systems. They can make mistakes. Anything they say about scope, timing or price is an estimate, not an offer. A binding scope and price only exist in a written proposal signed by DeepByte.
Intellectual property
The design, text, images and code of this site belong to DeepByte or its licensors. Client work is shown with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the concierge to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content, or to extract information about other people.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but make no promises that it will be.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeepByte is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on the concierge or a generated plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
